By downloading or using the VaniYog app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of Service

VaniYog is a digital tool for:

• Tracking Mantra Japa counts via Tap mode.
• Maintaining habit streaks ("Sankalpa").
• Providing analytics on your spiritual practice.

Spiritual Disclaimer: This app is a tool for discipline. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual outcomes, miracles, or karmic results from using this app.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

VaniYog may provide metrics such as "Calm Score" or "Breath Stability."

IMPORTANT: VaniYog is NOT a medical device. Any data provided regarding your breath, focus, or stress levels is for informational and motivational purposes only. Do not use this app to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

4. User Conduct & "Sankalpa"

The app allows you to take a "Sankalpa" (Vow). You understand that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining your vows.
• VaniYog is not liable for any emotional distress caused by broken streaks or failed goals.

5. Intellectual Property

The name "VaniYog", the logo (Om Soundwave), and the source code are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app's assets without written permission.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaniYog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Loss of streak data due to server downtime or connectivity issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes related to VaniYog shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
